Attention: Parents and Care Givers – Health Care Provider Resources

Frequently we receive calls asking for a referral to a physician or other health care professional who has experience in caring for a child or adult with PWS.  We are attempting to compile a list of health care providers whom you would recommend (or not recommend!) 

If you have information to share about a provider familiar with PWS, please complete a form for each provider and send to the Program Director via email attachment at wisconsin@pwsausa.org or via mail at 2701 N. Alexander St., Appleton, WI 54911-2312.
