Request for Photos

We would love to have photos of your family and/or loved one with PWS to share on our website or in our newsletter.  Please send photos and a signed release form to the Program Director. 

A signed release form must be on file at the state office in order for your photos to be published by PWSA-WI.

We welcome photos of individuals with PWS of all ages.  Thank you for sharing!
